Thinly sliced beef, marinated 24 hours in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, onion, & Asian pear.

GF Organic Tofu & Broccoli Poké

Organic Tofu & Baby Broccoli tossed in GF Tamari sauce, sambal, garlic, onions, sesame oil, and roasted seaweed and sesame seeds.

Kalua Pork

Slow cooked pork, rubbed with hawaiian sea salt and wrapped in banana leaves for 16 hours.

Spicy Ahi Poké

Yellow fin tuna mixed with our in-house spicy mayo, sweet and green onions. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds and nori.

Shoyu Ahi Pokè

Yellow fin tuna tossed in soy sauce, sesame oil, sambal, garlic, sweet and green onions. Garnished with roasted sesame seeds and nori.

Shoyu Chicken

Bone-in chicken thighs cooked in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sweet onions, and brown sugar.

Kalbi

Korean style beef short ribs marinated for 24 hours has a slightly smoky, sweet-and-salty taste when grilled.
